100% of Risley’s Pardons Signed for June, July, and August 2021.

We are very pleased to announce that Governor Stitt has signed 100% of the pardons requested by Michael A. Risley from the June, July, and August 2021 Pardon & Parole Board dockets. The numbers are as follows:

June 2021 Docket: 10 pardons requested, 10 pardons granted. There were 22 pardons on the June docket, so 45% of the applicants were represented by our office.

July 2021 Docket: 18 pardons requested, 18 pardons granted. There were 24 pardons on the July docket, so 75% of the applicants were represented by our office.

August 2021 Docket: 17 pardons requested, 17 pardons granted. There were 24 pardons on the August docket, so 71% of the applicants were represented by our office.

45 out of 45 isn’t so bad! We were also excited to see that we represented 64% of the people on the summer dockets. Looking forward to the winter docket results!
